Hearing Care Practitioner
Cheryl Swainston is our Hearing Care Practitioner in the Foley, Alabama office. She is married to Richard and the mother of three boys and has one grandson. She has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Cheryl loves living on the Gulf Coast and helping her patients enjoy a better quality of life through improved hearing.
Patient Care Coordinator
April Wright is our Patient Care Coordinator in the Foley office and has been with us for two years. She is the proud parent of two beautiful girls and one handsome son. April loves staying active and volunteering in the community. April feels very blessed to be a part of the Beltone family and loves helping people hear better!
How an Appointment Works
- What makes the patient experience at your practice unique?
Our Hearing Care Practitioner Cheryl Swainston has been working in customer service for 20+ years and tries to do anything she can to help her patients. We make house calls and will come to your homes to install and adjust listening devices, and Cheryl will make house calls or give our her personal number for special needs.
- What is the in-office hearing aid trial process?
We explain in detail the tests and process through which a patient will go through. Patient are offered a 30 day free trial to come back for adjustments and needs that arise to provide anything that assists their hearing experiences.
- How do they get free batteries? (Do they participate in Beltone Blue)
Patients are informed about letters they will receive from Beltone Blue that will extent offers to them and are encouraged to participate to claim free batteries.
- How do trade-ins work?
Patients with older technology are informed of new devices and how they may help, and are given opportunities to try them out and receive discounts on new Beltone aids when they trade in older aids.
- Forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash. We also offer finance options through AllWell, Wells Fargo, and CareCredit.

- State of the Art Hearing Aids: Beltone devices deliver top of the line hearing instruments from In the Ear aids to Behind the Ear aids to Receiver in the Ear aids. We will help you learn about the options we provide and discover which style provides you with the optimal experience.
Directions to the Clinic
You can find us located at 7801 Hwy 59, Foley, Alabama 36535 in the Parkway Centre. We are across Hwy 59 from Old Time Pottery. Uncle Bob’s Storage is next door on one side and the Animal Medical Center is on the other.
From the North: Travel down Hwy 59 heading south towards the coastline out of Foley. After passing the Keller Road intersection and seeing Old Time Pottery on the left, the Parkway Centre will be on the right just after the Animal Medical Center.
From the South: Use Hwy 59 (S McKenzie St) traveling north from the coast towards Foley. After passing Richard Childress Ln, you should see the Parkway Centre next to Uncle Bob’s Storage on the left. If you reach Keller Road you have gone a little too far.
From the East: Coming from Hwy 98 head west to Hwy 59 (S McKenzie St) and take a left to go south. After seeing Anytime Fitness on the left and passing Keller Road, look for Parkway Centre on the right after the Animal Medical Center.
From the West: If coming from Magnolia Springs or Barnwell, take Hwy 98 heading east towards Foley. Turn right onto Hwy 59 south and continue on until you see the Animal Medical Center on the right. We are the next turn off the road on the righthand side.
