How an Appointment Works
- What makes the patient experience at your practice unique?
We provide caring and friendly service to every patient that walks through the doors. We will go above and beyond for patients with special situations or those that are unable to come for a visit. Things like cards and free batteries for birthdays and a staff that learns about each individual patient helps remind them that we care about every one of our neighbors that choose to come to us for their hearing needs.
- What is the in-office hearing aid trial process?
After utilizing the best technology to administer a hearing test, the patient is encouraged to try on models that are tuned to their needs to hear the differences. From there we can assist in figuring out what options they have and which will be best for their needs.
- How do they get free batteries? (Do they participate in Beltone Blue)
Some patients are provided free batteries through certain insurance programs, as well as our Beltone Blue program that can help patients earn free batteries.
- How do trade-ins work?
Some patients may be able to trade in older aids through promotional programs or by owning older Beltone devices, and when they do we can provide discounts on upgrades to new hearing aids.
- Forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash. We also offer finance options through AllWell, Wells Fargo, and CareCredit.
