Lesley Hendon is the Marketing Director for Beltone Audiology. Lesley has been in the industry her entire life. Her parents, Hal and Linda Hames, began the business two years before she was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She grew up within the hearing industry and specifically with Beltone.
Lesley decided to join her parents team once she graduated from Auburn University in 2007. Lesley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management but decided that the she was destined at some point to re-join the hearing industry.
She now works with her Husband, Sister, Father, and Mother, to create a true family atmosphere within their corporation. Her husband, Jake Hendon, is the current CFO. Her sister, Michelle Hames, is a doctor of Audiology. Her father, Hal Hames, is an Audioprosthologist and current President.
Her mother, Linda Hames, is the past CFO and is now in partial retirement. Lesley resides in the Birmingham area with her Husband and daughters, Blakely Hendon and Aubrie Elizabeth Hendon. They also have two wonderful dogs that complete their family.
Dr. Michelle Hames, AuD

Dr. Michelle Hames, AuD is the Director of Audiology for Beltone Audiology. Michelle has been in the industry for over 29 years. She started working with her parents, Hal and Linda Hames, in an entry level position at age 15 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Michelle followed her parent’s footsteps by officially joining their team full time in the fitting side once she graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1990.
She went on to receive her Master in Audiology from the University of Alabama in 1994 and finally her Audiology Doctorate from the University of Florida in 2000. She now works with her Sister, Brother-in-law, Father, and Mother to create a true family atmosphere within their corporation.
Michelle is a member of many regulation boards to help ensure the safety of patients within the hearing industry. Michelle resides in the Birmingham area with her son, Carson Reece. She spends all of her time with her son when she is not at work.

Thomas Hal Hames is the President of Beltone Audiology in Birmingham, AL. Hal has been in the business for over 35 years. He started working in Tallahassee, Fl. Hal and his wife moved to Fort Walton Beach, Fl in 1982 and opened the Beltone Hearing Aid Center that is located in that area.
In 1988, Hal moved his family to Florence, AL to be closer to his Mother and Brothers. Family has always been an integral part of his business and personal ethics. Hal expanded to the Birmingham area in 2007 and since then into South Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia.
Hal is National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science and is a Board Certified Audioprosthologist. He works with his wife, two daughters and son-in-law. He resides in Birmingham with his wife, Linda, and their two dogs. Hal loves to play golf when he gets a chance.

Trey Gorman is a partner in the Georgia territory and director of Georgia operations. He grew up in Birmingham, AL and graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2008.
Upon graduating he joined the Beltone family as a Licensed Hearing Specialist. He now works with the Hames and Hendon family in the state of Georgia to continue serving Beltone and those with hearing challenges. He recently relocated and now resides in Atlanta, GA.
Barb Bower is a Proud Mother of three sons and one daughter. She moved from Missouri to Alabama in 2011 but has always been a Southern bird at heart.
She has over 25 years experience in Emergency Services, the Medical Field and working with the elderly.She is very happy to be with us at at Beltone. She says “We have Awesome Patients and I LOVE talking to them and helping the in anyway I can.”
